Industrial plant maintenance.

Daily maintenance, capital improvements and major overhauls, so your plant keeps producing.

Maintenance crews you can count on

Rice Brothers provides a full range of in-plant contract services, including operations and maintenance. We protect critical production schedules while we keep improving how we deliver. From basic daily maintenance to capital improvements and major overhauls, our multi-discipline teams deliver timely solutions.

Maintenance crews are essential to a plant’s long-term health and smooth operation. We recognize that, and we support your own maintenance team rather than competing with it, adding qualified crafts and supervision where you need them and stepping back when you don’t.

Our maintenance work spans oil and gas, chemical, water, food and beverage and manufacturing plants. See the industries we serve and the areas we cover.

What we can do for you

People, planning and safety for the work inside your fence line.

Safety comes with every crew

Every Rice Brothers employee completes the following before working on your site.

Planned, preventive and responsive

Good maintenance is mostly planning. We work with your maintenance and operations teams to understand your equipment, your schedule and your priorities, then staff the right crafts and supervision to match. That might be a small, steady crew on site every day or a large team for a few weeks during a turnaround.

Our multi-discipline crews cover mechanical, piping, structural, and electrical and instrumentation work, so a single contractor can handle most of what your plant needs. When an overhaul or capital improvement comes up, the same people who already know your plant can take it on without a learning curve.

We also bring the full Rice Brothers organization behind every maintenance contract, with experienced managers, trained supervisors and certified safety personnel who know how to work inside an operating facility.

Good maintenance records also help a plant plan its next turnaround. Our supervisors document the work we complete, the conditions we find and the parts we replace, giving your maintenance team the history it needs to plan future work and budget for it.
