Most oil and gas work happens inside facilities that never fully stop. Hot work, confined spaces, live process lines and simultaneous operations all demand careful planning. Our field management is trained to recognize, avoid and prevent the conditions that lead to accidents, and every worker completes company orientation, Basic Plus+, site-specific orientation, pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, respirator fit testing, a medical evaluation and physical, and NCCER or equivalent industry certification before starting work.
We plan turnaround scope early, staff the crafts to match it, and coordinate closely with operations so units come down and go back up on schedule. Between turnarounds, our maintenance crews keep equipment reliable and take on the capital improvements that keep a facility competitive.
