Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Rice is a results-driven project management professional with over 25 years of experience leading complex capital projects and maintenance operations in the industrial and energy sectors. He brings proven expertise in budgeting, cost control and strategic planning, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. He’s known for strong client relationships, team performance, and championing safety and compliance.
Chief Financial Officer
Katherina Crager brings more than 25 years of financial leadership across construction, manufacturing, retail, treasury management and public finance. She provides strategic oversight of the company’s financial operations, administrative functions and business processes.
Katherina holds an MBA from Texas A&M University–Commerce and a BBA in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University. She’s recognized for her integrity, collaborative leadership and commitment to strong financial foundations.
Chief Operating Officer
Larry Rice has over 27 years of industrial construction and maintenance experience. As COO he oversees daily operations, project management and the long-term direction of the operational divisions, making sure every project is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
President, Managing Partner
Alan Rice is a construction executive with more than 25 years leading industrial, petrochemical, energy and infrastructure projects. As a managing partner of Rice Brothers and Data Infrastructure Solutions (DIS), he specializes in complex construction projects with a focus on safety, quality, schedule performance and client satisfaction.
His expertise includes project execution, business development, strategic planning, contract management and workforce development.

Jeremy Rice brings over 24 years of industry experience across chemical, refining, food, aviation and water treatment projects. He’s family-focused and employee-focused, keeping a balanced approach to both work and life.
President of Commercial Construction
Craig Cooper has more than 30 years of finance and accounting experience in the construction and energy industries, including VP, Director and Controller roles. He uses technology and process improvement to make project and back-office services more efficient for Rice Brothers clients.

Larry is a piping design manager with over 40 years in the industry. He’s an expert in CAD software and has carried projects from initial planning to completion.
VP of Pre-Construction & Estimating
Ernesto is an experienced estimating manager with a proven track record across the construction and energy industries. He has a background in GIS analysis and is a proud Iraq-era veteran.
VP of Business Development & Marketing
Scott Weaver has over 30 years of experience driving revenue and market expansion in industrial construction, with leadership roles at district, regional and national levels. He specializes in business development across diverse territories, capturing opportunities in power, manufacturing and public infrastructure, negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts, and building long-term relationships with owners, general contractors and government entities.
VP of Projects
Trevor Williams has more than 35 years delivering complex projects across oil and gas, LNG, petrochemical, refining and industrial sectors, including executive roles overseeing multi-billion-dollar EPC projects, project controls, construction operations and maintenance services.
At Rice Brothers he leads project execution, operational performance, cost management and growth initiatives, and has supported major capital projects throughout North America and abroad.
VP of Quality
Steve Mckenna brings more than 30 years of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) experience to complex industrial, energy, infrastructure and mission-critical projects.
His experience spans oil, gas and chemical facilities; pipelines and compressor stations; power generation and renewable energy; electrical transmission, distribution and substations; industrial and food facilities; and aviation infrastructure. He has led teams across construction management, field operations, quality assurance, turnover, startup and commissioning, and previously spent 15 years with Burns & McDonnell Engineering as a Department Manager supporting major EPC projects and field operations.
Steve contributes to industry standards as an ASME B31.4 Code Committee member and author, an ASME B31.8 voting member and an ASME Materials Technical Committee liaison. He holds OSHA 30-Hour certification and has previously held welding inspection, nondestructive testing and sustainability certifications.
A father of two, Steve has volunteered since 2023 with Engineers Without Borders’ Kansas City Professional Chapter, helping lead humanitarian infrastructure projects in the Peruvian Amazon, including rainwater catchment systems in Yucuruchi and Bello Horizonte, Loreto. He also volunteers with Children’s Mercy Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, ACED Mentoring and Christmas in October.
Director of Brand & Digital Marketing
Levin Rosales manages Rice Brothers’ digital marketing with a strategic, detail-oriented approach. He’s a graduate of the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business, worked in the legal field before joining Rice Brothers, and is fluent in Spanish.
Director of Environmental Health & Safety
Daniel Garcia is a bilingual Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with more than 15 years of HSE leadership across the United States, Canada and Mexico. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.S. in Occupational Safety and Health with Environmental Management, plus internal auditor certifications for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
